Archtectural and Planning Board
The primary responsibility of the Architecture and Planning Board is to advise and assist the Board of Directors in developing policy relative to common element use and architectural changes or additions.  (See AR #13)

Communications Committee
The primary responsibility of the Communications Committee is to maintain a flow of information between the Board of Directors, Management, and the unit owners and residents.  (See AR #8)

Covenants Committee
The primary responsibility of the Covenants Committee is to advise and assist the Board of Directors in monitoring and enforcing compliance by owners and residents with the provisions of the Condominium Instruments and the Book of Resolutions.  (See AR #5)

Finance Committee
The primary responsibility of the Finance Committee is to advise the Board of Directors in planning and managing the finances of the Association.  (See AR #10)

Landscape Committee
To advise and assist the Board of Directors in developing and administering an ongoing program to preserve and enhance the Parkfairfax Condominium in regard to maintenance of an improvements to the grounds.  (See AR #7)

Recreation Committee
Advise and assist the Board of Directors in developing, operating, and overseeing the recreational facilities and the community’s athletic program. 

Woodlands Committee
The Woodlands Committee is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of the trees and plants that make Parkfairfax.
