Charles Barrett School Safety Improvements Update:
Final design for the Charles Barrett Safe Routes to School Improvements and procurement is underway. The project is funded through a Safe Routes to School grant, and funding has been allocated. Construction is scheduled for spring 2012. The reason for the change in construction date estimates is because VDOT review is taking longer than anticipated.
